No. eSIMs can usually be installed only once. If you delete it or change phones, you may need to purchase a new eSIM.

Absolutely. Our eSIMs work in over 120 countries. Make sure to choose the correct region or global package when purchasing.

Simply scan the QR code we send you or follow the activation link (for iPhones). For Android, go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM and choose “Scan QR code.”

You will receive a personal link to monitor your data usage and remaining days. You can also contact support if needed.

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a mobile data plan without using a physical SIM card. It’s built into your device and can be activated instantly using a QR code or activation link.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • A QR code for installation
  • Activation instructions
  • A link to check your data usage

Contact our support at customer@hi-esim.com and include your Order Number. Please note, refunds are only possible if the eSIM hasn’t been activated.

When does the eSIM plan start?

Most newer iPhones (XR and later), Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy (S20 and newer), Huawei P40, and many more support eSIM. List.
