How to Set Up and Use an eSIM on iOS Devices – Step-by-Step Guide
Important: Not all iOS devices are compatible with eSIM technology. Before you begin, it’s essential to check whether your iPhone or iPad supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

Once you confirm that your iOS device supports eSIMs and has a stable internet connection, follow the steps below to install and activate your eSIM.
I. eSIM INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR iOS
Open your email on your.
Find the QR code.
Tap View Instructions.
Tap QR Code.
Tap Share QR Code, then select Save Image.
Exit email and open Settings on your iPhone.
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.
Tap Add eSIM.
Select Use QR Code.
Tap Open Photos.
Choose the saved QR code image.
Tap Continue twice.
Wait a few moments for the eSIM to activate.
Tap Done.
Labeling the eSIM:
Add a Mobile Plan Label (e.g., “Airalo” or another name).
Tap Secondary, then enter the name.
Tap Done, then Continue.
Choosing Line Preferences:
Select your Primary line for calls and SMS.
Tap Continue.
Choose your Primary line for iMessage & FaceTime.
Tap Continue.
Choose your eSIM (Airalo) for Cellular Data.
Make sure Allow Cellular Data Switching is turned OFF.

II. HOW TO ACCESS MOBILE DATA USING YOUR eSIM
Tap your installed eSIM in the Airalo app.
Make sure the eSIM line is enabled. If it’s off, toggle Turn On This Line.
Check if Data Roaming needs to be enabled:
Open the Airalo app
View the eSIM-specific instructions
Toggle Data Roaming ON or OFF as required.
Go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data.
Select your eSIM plan for mobile data.
