Can I reinstall the same eSIM if I delete it?
No. eSIMs can usually be installed only once. If you delete it or change phones, you may need to purchase a new eSIM.
What if I want to cancel or request a refund?
Contact our support at customer@hi-esim.com and include your Order Number. Please note, refunds are only possible if the eSIM hasn’t been activated.
Can I use this eSIM while traveling abroad?
