1. Digital Product Notice

Our eSIM products are digital and delivered electronically. Each eSIM is unique and once activated, it cannot be reused, cancelled, or returned.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 100% refund for any eSIM purchase as long as the eSIM has not been activated.

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • You no longer need the eSIM.
  • You purchased the wrong plan or country.
  • Your device is not eSIM compatible or is locked.
  • You made a mistake in your order (e.g., wrong email or device).
  • You experienced a change of plans (travel cancellation, etc.).

📌 Important: Once the eSIM is activated, it is no longer refundable.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us at customer@hi-esim.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for your request (optional, but appreciated)

We will process your request within 48 hours. If eligible, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. eSIM Activation Definition

An eSIM is considered activated once:

  • The QR code has been scanned or downloaded onto a device, OR
  • The data plan has been connected to a mobile network.

If you’re unsure whether your eSIM has been activated, contact our support team before proceeding.
